He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Maxine Guiou; and his daughter Barbara Louise McGehee. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Stutzman of Naperville, IL, Bill Guiou, Jr. of Speedway, IN and Jim Guiou of Plano, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
