It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Melvin of Speedway, Indiana, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Melvin and Jean Melvin (Smith); and his son Ben Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Melvin (Lennie); his daughters, Amanda Faulkner (Alan) and Maria Melvin; his siblings, Kathy Ader (Jim), Lynn Adams (Keith) and Robert Melvin (Terry); and his grandchildren, Adam Faulkner, Alexa Faulkner, Raelee Melvin and Frankie Melvin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
