We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2021, at the age of 88, Mary Kay Horn (Speedway, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Dan and Tom; and her grandson Matthew Adams. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; and her children, Gus (Sue Neal), David (Gloria), Andy (Debbie), Thom (Elaine Locke), Howard (Kim), Ruth Pinkham (Della Nagle) and Barbara Adams (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary Kay's name to the Heritage Fund at Robin Run Village where she and Ralph have lived for nine years.
