She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Kiser Sr. and Maggie Vandevender Kiser; her sons, Tommy Burch, Terry Burch and Larry Burch; her siblings, Barbara Reilly, Howard Kiser Jr., Reed Kiser and Martha Lewis; and her grandson Ryan Burch.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Terry "Mike" Burch (Annette), Melissa Adams (David), Shelby Burch and Tina Burney (Jay); and her daughters-in-law, Shirley Burch and Phylis Burch. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
