She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Lee and Thelma Deubner; her former husband Jim Hendrix; her siblings, Donald Lee Deubner, Lavonne Meinsen and Carol Graham; her siblings-in-law, Bob Wadsworth and Linda Deubner; and her grandsons, Jered Branham and Jordan Messer.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny Smith; her children, A. J. Hendrix (Kathy) of Land O'Lakes, Florida, Angela Hendrix (Terrie Messer) of Newburgh, IN, Shelley Offenbacher (John) of Lewisburg, OH and Todd Smith (Jessica) of Lewisburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Trent, Jeffrey, Anthony, Adriana, Tiffany, Payton, Dakota, Jacob, Landon, Nathan, Jaxson and Addy; her great grandchild Paisley Lynn; her sister Beverly Wadsworth of Richmond, IN; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Skinner, Everett Smith (Phyllis) and Alan Smith (Robin). She is also survived by Nieces; Nephews and many friends.
