She is survived by: her husband John Dizney; her daughters, Sarah Foulke (Jeremy), Sadie Pflum (Chris) and Jacklyn Dizney; her grandchildren, Grayson Foulke, Leah Foulke and Baby Boy Pflum; and her sisters, Venica Dizney (Richie), Glynda Kelso (George), Nancy Lawrence (Ray) and Carol Burke.
In lieu of flowers, the Dizney family would appreciate contributions to the Speedway Dollars for Scholars in Janet's name.
