He was predeceased by: his brother Lester J. Hoffman; and his daughter Barb. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Ken; his grandchildren, Ashton Hoffman, Maddie Arnett (Chris), Carolyn Clark and Sam Clark; his nephew Dale Hoffman; his great-nieces, Emily Hoffman and Jill Hoffman; and also Bryce Hoffman.
