She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Mooney and Emma Mooney; her brothers, L. C. Mooney and Pete Mooney; her husband Rich; her daughter Janet E. Chapman (Peter); her nieces and nephews, Renea M. Brown (Rodney), Perry Mooney (Carla) of Dixon, KY, Sharon M. Clark of Clay, KY and David W. Mooney (Carolyn) of Madisonville, KY; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Clark, Joshua Mooney, Blake Mooney, Justin Mooney, Tara M. Snyder, Paige Mooney and Koty M. Townsend. She was also cherished by four great-great nieces and six great-great nephews.
