He is survived by: his parents, William Dugger and Delores Dugger (Flaherty); his wife Evelyn Dugger (Coffelt); his daughters, Ashley Ebey (Eric) of Delores Jane and DJ; and his brothers, William Dugger (Celli), Ricky Dugger (Debbie) and Chris Dugger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
