He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fletcher Kintzel and Mary Kathryn Kintzel (Melick); his daughter Donna Asa; his grandson Andy LeRoy Kintzel; his half-siblings, Donnie, Danny Joe Kintzel and Denise Kintzel; and his pets, Buddy and Sadie.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Hedrick; his children, LeAnne Grossman (Randy Sexton) of Pierceton, William J. Kintzel of South Whitley, Cynthia A. Bolinger (Bill) of Columbia City and Penny L. Juillerat (Roger) of South Whitley; and his half-siblings, Chuck Kintzel (Candy) of Warsaw and Barbie Kintzel Jordan of Warsaw. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
