She was predeceased by: her parents, Reading Moore and Tressa Moore (Danneker); and her brother Eugene Moore. She is survived by: her former husband Charles R. Weaver; her husband Chuck Weaver; her children, Cathy Steinman (Ron) of New Haven and Dane Weaver (Brenda) of Warsaw; and her grandchildren, Eric Steinman (Connie), Greg Weaver and Brittany Hartman (Travis). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Parkview Whitley Home Health Care and Hospice or Ronald McDonald House of Cincinnati.
