She was predeceased by: her parents, Don E. LeBrun and Vivan L. LeBrun (Davis); and her brother Davis LeBrun. She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas C. Cook; and her children, Carla M. Cook of Indianapolis, Brent E. Cook (Kem) of Waveland, MS, Jennifer Jones of Leo, Nora R. Gressier of Fort Wayne, Amy Keener of Fort Wayne, Rachel S. Geistwhite of Fort Wayne, Jason T. Cook (Amelia) of Fort Wayne, Nathan C. Cook of Fort Wayne and David Cook of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
