She was predeceased by: her parent Merideth Jack; her daughter Rachel Tucker; her granddaughter Megan Marie North; and her brother Daniel Geist. She is survived by: her parent Clara Ann Geist (Emely); her children, Clara L. North-Shearer (Steve), Sam F. Grant (Vivian Heeter), Benjamin J. Grant (Melisa) and Matt J. Grant; and her siblings, Mary Jane Johnston, Wolcottville Miller, Martha Miller and William Geist (Mary Beth) of Hilton Head, SC.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
The family has requested that memorials be made to One Community, South Whitley in lieu of flowers.
