He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Rupley and Grace M. Rupley (Wagner); his wife Bert; his sister Betty (Clarence Kahn); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Rupley and Robert Hullinger; and his great grandchild Brady Pippenger.
He is survived by: his children, David Rupley (Kimberly) of South Whitley, James Rupley (Lynn) of Wolcottville, Linda Carroll (Roger) of Huntington and Beth Stricker (Jim) of South Whitley; his brother Kenneth Rupley of Huntington; and his sister-in-law Jane Ann Hullinger. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
