He is survived by: his wife Karen Louise Clark; his son Edward (Lynn) of Cave City, AR; his stepson Cory Clark of South Whitley; and his siblings, Shirley Ann Burgess (Cupp) of Fort Wayne, IN, E. Doreen Muntzinger (Mark) of Roanoke, IN and Richard Lee Insley (Patricia Jane) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
