He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin C. Davis and Phyllis J. Pettiet (LaFever); his stepfather Carl Pettiet; his adoptive father H. Max Schrader; and his son James Michael Schrader.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie; his children, Mindi Schrader (Steve Senger), Shawna Garwood (John) and Jeremy Hayes (Kalie); his grandchildren, Brenden, Ashleigh, Scott, Greyson, Solynn, Candice, Carlie, Cody, Leah, Avery, Nova, Justine and Mikayla; his great grandchildren, Valerie, Solynn James, Lana, Wyatt, Damon, Myles, Eli, Adalynn, Maverick and Tinsley; and his father-in-law Jim (Coleen Hayes).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Amvets Post (234 S State St, South Whitley, IN 46787).
