She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bailey and Elizabeth Bailey (Vanderpool); her children, Ralph, Roger Mullins, Kay Sklenar and Cheryl Sword; her grandchild Jennett Beckman; and her siblings, Grover, Robert, Kendel, Hobert, Homer, Ailene, Wanda Bailey, Mable Miller, Mataleen Howard, Hesilene Howard and Viny Slone.
She is survived by: her spouse Cleadis Mullins; her daughters, Carolyn Beckman (Charles) of Leipsic and Kathy Wheeler (Thomas) of Pierceton; and her son-in-law Ed Sklenar of Huntington. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren; sister.
