It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Frank Wiley of South Whitley, Indiana, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wiley and Wanda Wiley (Kettlebar). He is survived by: his girlfriend Ellen M. Kelder of South Whitley; his son John Stanley "Stan" Wiley of Ligonier; his grandchildren, Daniel Wiley, Drew Wiley and Ashley King; and his siblings, Dawn Wiley of Fort Wayne and Randal J. Wiley (Sandra) of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
