Welty (South Whitley, Indiana), born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Lofland and Mable Lofland (Biehl); her daughter Vicki Welty; and her sisters, Ledona Dennison, Norma Jean Sleighter and Rosalee Shepherd.
She is survived by: her spouse Palmer Eugene Welty; and her grandson Justin Welty (Lindsey) of Carmel.
