She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hontz and Sharon Julian (Hyndman); her stepfather Charles Julian; and her great-niece Arianna Hontz. She is survived by: her son Shawn M. Hontz; her grandson Mathew Hontz; her siblings, Kurtis Hontz (Laura) and Janet Cramer (Nathan); her stepsiblings, David Julian, Jody Julian and Donna Julian; and her siblings, Willie Platt, Wade Starkey and Wendy Ressler (Phillip). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Anne to assist with her funeral expenses.
