She is survived by: her children, Candace Whitlow, Michael Babbitt (Genevieve), Jerry Babbitt (Virginia) and David Babbitt; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jackie, Tammie, Chadwick, Tiffany, Nicole and Brooke; and her siblings, James Vosberg (Gean) and June Winters. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (23449 Edison Rd, South Bend, IN 46628).
