She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kleca and Rose Janik Kleca; her husband Florian "Gene" Pawlak; her siblings, Franciszek, Joseph, Walter, Edward, John, Aloysious Kleca and Angeline Kleca Eckstein; and also Helen Lehman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Johnson (Barry) of Raleigh, NC and Gloria Dale (Michael) of South Bend; her grandchildren, David Johnson, Jennifer McAllister (Matthew) and Allison Dale; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Madilyn, Isabella Johnson and Riley McAllister; and also Trudy Lehman Ward.
