Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614).

“In loving memory of Toby R Fisher, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Friends from Elkhart Indiana were sorry for your loss and ours we were friends of his.. were in tears as to why someone so cruel would do this to your son and a great friend of ours as well, plz keep us up to date on this matter as to whom is responsible, he came to my house a few times in the summer, and we hung out a few times but my BF scottie is broken over this.”
