With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thorin Michael Haas of South Bend, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Thorin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Thorin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Brittney (Patrick Haas) and Thorin; and his siblings, Elianna Whitaker, Paizlee Whitaker, Cyrus Haas and Talula Haas.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Thorin's family ask that you make donations to Brittney and Patrick Haas c/o Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46614 so that a memorial brick can be obtained to place at Angel of Hope Memorial Garden, South Bend, IN in Thorin's memory.
