He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wozniak and Harriet Wozniak; his siblings, Leo, Harriet, Rosemary and Jane; and also Thomas Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Louise of Richmond, CA, Delores of Granger, IN and Golden Retriever Sammy; his children, Deborah Lee and Derrick Wozniak (Cindi); his grandchildren, Connor, Natalie and Ashley of Cashiers, NC; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Mya of Sarasota, FL.
