He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Anna Frank (Kempner); his wife Audrey Joan Dye; and his siblings, Mary Guentert and John Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Ruddick (Bryan) of Noblesville, Sharon Beth Young (Don) of Vancouver, Washington and Ed Frank (Michelle) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Alex Ruddick, Elizabeth Ruddick and Samuel Ruddick.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a Memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
