With solemn reverence, we commemorate Stephen F. Maier of South Bend, Indiana, whose life came to an end on January 31, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Maier; and his niece Jessica Sue Maier. He is survived by: his mother Rose Maier (Keller); his siblings, Charlie Maier (Brenda) of Seneca, William Maier (Nicole) of Traverse City, Michigan and Luri Lorntz (Trevor) of Seneca, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Anderson (Abel), Ashley Bowlden, Emma, Chris and Gracie Smith. He is also survived by 3 great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (219 Emmett St, Kinsman, IL 60437). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Steve's name to one of the homeless shelters in the South Bend area or to Habitat for Humanity.
