He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Richard and Marilyn Jean Kruk (Wieczorek); and his nephew Michael Kruk. He is survived by: his daughter Kahri M. Kruk of South Bend, IN; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Izabella, Lexzie and Zachary May; his sisters, Kelly Baldwin (Bob) of Niles, MI and Kristine Kruk of South Bend, IN; his nieces, Amanda, Brandy and Jennifer; and his nephew Ian. He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews; and many loving close friends.
