He is survived by: his children, Julie Welter Waggener of Oakland and Steve Welter of Ft. Myers, Florida; his grandchildren, Christopher Waggener of Austin and Courtney Waggener Bohannon of Hallsville, Texas; his great grandchild Crimsyn Nichole Bohannon; and his sister Margie Kolbold of South Bend. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
