She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williams and Della Williams; her siblings, Prezel Williams, C. T. Williams, James Williams, Theodore Williams, Winston Williams, Leo Williams and Velma Kingsberry; and her grandson DeCarlo Hockaday.
She is survived by: her husband James Hockaday; her children, Lester (Veronica), Michael Hockaday, Michelle Hockaday, Mark Hockaday (Monique), Sherry Caldwell (Malcom) and Phillip Hockaday (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Jamal Hockaday, Vonetta, Julius Hockaday, Yolanda Dennis, Nicole Tyler, Sidney Hockaday, Charice Hockaday, Donnie Grey, Jamond Smith, Malcom Caldwell, Jr., Andrew Caldwell and Chantal Caldwell. She is also survived by several great grandchildren along with many loving nieces and nephews.
