He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Willhite and Elsie V. Willhite (Gapski); his daughter Laurie; and his siblings, Beverly Webster, Susie Ehlers, Martha Jarvis, John, Ralph and Harvey Willhite.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Smith; his children, Cindy Nagy (Frank), Jennifer Stuff (Donald), David Willhite and Steven Willhite; his grandchildren, Dawn Keller, April Nagy, Andrew Stuff, Alexander Stuff and Tucker Stuff; and his siblings, Adele Osborne, Judy Hendricks and Tim Willhite.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Zahoran Funeral Home (1826 Kemble Ave, South Bend, IN 46613). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Twin City Baptist Church (420 E Jefferson Blvd, Mishawaka, IN 46545). A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park (375 W Cleveland Rd, Granger, IN 46530).
