He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S Jakubowicz and Geraldine Jakubowicz (Galvas). He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph B. Jakubowicz (Laura) and Billy Jakubowicz; his nephew Kyle Jakubowicz (Denise); his great-nephews, Mason and Connor; his nephews, Matthew Jakubowicz (Melissa) and Christopher Martin (Jaci); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hadley, Dylan and Owen; his nephew Chris Jakubowicz; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan of Grace, AJ and Everly.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (56405 Mayflower Rd. 46619).
