He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bope and Bonnie Bope (Whitehead). He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his son Tommy Bope; his stepsons, Blair Girten (Jessica) and Quentin Girter (Ashley); his grandchildren, Emma Bope, Remi Girten, Jovie Girten and Silas Bope; his stepmother Bev Bope; and his siblings, Curt Whitehead (Cathy), Keith Bope, Cheryl Davis, Monica Payne, Tracey Bope and Ruby Roxanne Bope.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614).
