He was predeceased by: his parents, John Petrie and Lillian Petrie (Copfer). He is survived by: his wife Edith Klingaman (Edie); his son Jonathan Petrie (Renee) of Lafayette, IN; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Caroline; his son Andrew Petrie (Amie) of Mishawaka, IN; his grandsons, Nathan, Zachary and Matthew; and his stepgrandchildren, Bennett, Aaron and Taylor Kinkade.
Due to the coronavirus restrictions, private family services will be held at Palmer Funeral Home—Hickey Chapel in South Bend, followed by burial in Highland Cemetery, South Bend.
