He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Conway and Eleanore Conway (Murnane); his wife Emily Marie Marowski; his grandson Joseph Hartz; and his brother Robert Conway.
He is survived by: his children, Megan Hartz (Christopher) of South Bend and Paul Michael Conway of South Bend; and his grandchildren, Eleanor, Peter, Adam, Sophia Hartz, Erin and Sydney Conway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
