It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia B. Kosinski of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Micinski and Lillian Micinski; her spouse Gene Kosinski; and her siblings, Etta Hayes, Evelyn Eubank, Theresa Mc Donald, Erv Micinski and Perk Micinski.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Kosinski and Jack Kosinski; her grandson Christopher Kosinski; and her great grandchild Reagan.

Memorial contributions may be made in Patrica's honor to the Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Pl., Mishawaka, IN 46545.
