He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell A. and Mary A. Taylor; his wife Susan M. Taylor (Schaut); his son Russell Taylor (Blanca); and his siblings, John Taylor (Joan) and Russie McClintic.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:10 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (24980 IN-2, South Bend, IN 46619).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 or Pet Refuge, 4626 S. Burnett Drive, South Bend, IN 46614 in memory of Louie Taylor.
