With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Loren J. VanOort of South Bend, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Loren left this world on January 23, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oort and Lillian Van Oort. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Lorrie); his daughters, Leann Dincolo (Mike), Lisa Arnold (Bill) and Lila Leonard (Jeff); his grandchildren, Katie Dincolo, Joseph Golc (Lauren), James Dincolo, Allie Alpaugh (Mitchell), Jennifer Golc and Jeffrey Golc; and his great grandchildren, Tilly Golc, Tommie Golc and Mason Grubbs.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (17195 Cleveland Rd, South Bend, IN 46635).
