Leona J. Pletcher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2025, at the age of 98, Leona J. Pletcher of South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Leona may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leona touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Southlawn Cemetery (61430 US-31, South Bend, IN 46614).
