He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Jack. He is survived by: his sons, Jon McCormick (Bridget) of Brookston, IN, Robbie McCormick (Jessica Barron) of South Bend, Shawn McCormick (Jenna McCall) of Sarasota, FL, Mathew McCormick of Wichita, KS and Cris McCormick of South Bend; and his grandchildren, Madi, Maddox, Eden, Gavin, Eli, Dylan, Ayden, Finn, Marlee, Jaxson and Bryson. He is also survived by his wife, his kids and grandkids.
