He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Robert and Ione Ann Kitchen (Linthicum); his daughter Danielle Kitchen; and his granddaughter Selah Coates. He is survived by: his wife Laura Kitchen (Smith); his children, Anthony Kitchen (Lauren), Rachael Coates (Kitchen), Kathryn Miller (Matthew), Bryce Kitchen, Caroline Kitchen, Amy Schuler (Bryan), Kari Wagner, Travis Wagner and Evelyn Thompson; and his siblings, Marie Donat (Dan), Marilyn Klinefelter, Marceil Ritter, John Kitchen (Marcia), Marcia Wooten (Mike), Maxine Hunter (Don), Mary Beha, Michael Kitchen (Denise) and Melody Huffman (Brett). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
