The memory of Justus T O'Hara of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on June 20, 2024 at the age of 27, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by : his parents, John O'Hara (Jenny Robertson) and Joann Grzegorek; his significant other Meghan Swaim; his sons, Carson O'Hara, Wyatt Swaim and Landon Swaim; his stepfather Jack Grzegorek; and his brother Jordan O'Hara (Taylor Jump). He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Justus' name may be made to the funeral home in order to establish a college fund for his children. Please consider making a donation to be used for a college fund for Justus' children.
