She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Michael and Bernadette Michael (Gard); her husband Louis A. Horvath; her son Richard Horvath; her great grandchild Ryan Horvath; and her siblings, Mary Donahue, Betty Stephens, Helen Rajski, Dorothy Matthys, Leo Michael, Lloyd Michael, Dale Michael, Maurice Michael, Glenn Michael and Lawrence Michael.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Wentworth of South Bend and Bernadette'Bonnie' Dietl (Jerry) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Ken Dietl (Vickie), Debbie Tate, Jeff Dietl (Michelle), Travis Horvath (Tara), Tara Ann Horvath and Marcie Woods (Jimmy); her great grandchildren, Anna Allen, Darin Tate, Jr., Hunter Horvath (Tori), Parker Horvath (Casey), Max Horvath (Marlena), Audree Narkawicz (James) and Trent Woods (Sydney); and her sisters, Shirley Hunsberger of South Bend and Jeanie Weaver of Bunnell, Florida..
