He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Monk and Clarence Monk; his wife Joanne Ware of Bear Lake; his siblings, William Monk and Patricia Stovall; and his pet Adrienne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Klute (Bradley), Pamela Monges (Michael) and Alison Monk Mani; his grandchildren, Tara Divida (Joseph), Molly Jones (Phillip Wallace), Colin Jones, Julian Mani and Melina Mani; his great grandchildren, Domenic Divida, Lia Divida, Gabriella Divida and Stella Divida; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Jeanette Ware; and his friends, Ione Humes and Jan Miller.
