With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Otto Schlobohm (South Bend, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on April 12, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his brothers, William, Richard and John Schlobohm; his wife Sally Plain Scheel of South Bend; his children, Dan Schlobohm (Karen) and Sally Tan (Chris); and his stepsons, George Scheel (Susan), Don Scheel (Karen), Frederick "Ted" Scheel (Jackie) and Scott Scheel (Molly). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
