She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Grooms and Blanche Grooms; and her son James W. O'Hara, Jr. (Inez). She is survived by: her husband James W. O'Hara, Sr.; her son Patrick L. O'Hara of South Bend; her daughters-in-law, Charlotte O'Hara of Windber, PA and Donna O'Hara of South Bend, IN; her grandchildren, James E. O'Hara (Amy), Ashley O'Hara of Windber, PA, Samantha Pluta (Jonathan), Sarah Spurrier (Steven) of Granger, IN, Patrick J. O'Hara and Sean O'Hara of South Bend, IN; her great grandchildren, Tyson, Quinn O'Hara, James Ziegert, Louie, Leo, Sullivan, Finnian and Eviana Spurrier; and her friends, Mickey O'Hara, June Harper, Beatrice Robertson and Mildred Miller.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home Chapel (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
