He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimir J. Sieradzki and Doris H. Sieradzki (Radlowski). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Jenczewski; his sisters, Carolyn Lyle (Douglas) of Gallatin and Darlene Noe of Granger; his stepsisters, Angeline Bajer and Joan Petrowski; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Horvath (Dennis) and Joan Perusek (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Charlene McCaffrey (Colin), Brenda Fowler (Brett), Christie Gray (Matt), Brian Noe, Michelle Korteway (Jim), Janet Crabtree and Jennifer Hayes (Joshua). He is also survived by his loving wife and all family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaniewski Funeral Home (3545 N Bendix Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). A rosary was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr Church (415 N Brookfield St, South Bend, IN 46628).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr Church in Jerry's honor.
