He is survived by: his mother Maria Flores Flores; his wife Maria Ortiz; his children, Francisco Ortiz, Jr., Ximena Soto (Jaime) and Jesus Ortiz Flores; his grandchildren, Daniel Ortiz, Analia Soto and Santiago Soto; and his brothers, Jaime Flores, Jose Manuel Ortiz and Armando Ortiz.
