She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Zielewski and Florence Zielewski (Nowacki); and her siblings, Christine Lassota and Cas Zielewski. She is survived by: her husband Jim Niespodziany; her children, Karen Broadway (Doug), Jenny Schultz (James) and Steven Niespodziany (Kelli); her grandchildren, Brandon Schultz, Joshua Broadway (Maria), Bo Niespodziany and Waylon Niespodziany; and her sister Pauline Doorn (Cap). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (56405 Mayflower Rd. 46619).
