She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Gable and Elsie A. Gable (Kallies); her husband Ralph I. Rummel; her granddaughter Laurie Lynn; and her sisters, Dawn Smith and Barbara Grainger.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Varga (Michael) of Granger, Indiana and Thomas Rummel (Jeannie) of Mechanicsville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Kristin Varga, Jason Varga (Crystal), Erik Rummel (Kelly), Gretchen Allen (Joey), Lauren Ritter (Sam), Kelly Wright (Todd) and James Lynn; her great grandchildren, Samantha Varga, Nathan Rummel, Andrew Rummel, Shelby Allen, Emma Allen, Avery Allen, Lukas Ritter, Sophie Lynn, Josie Lynn and Dylan Wright; and her sister Charlotte Aarness of Mishawaka.
